Architecture by Studio Khora
The structural system rests on 155 concrete piles, a commercial-grade foundation concealed within the residential design. Double-height walls of glass face the Intracoastal, with brise soleil screens controlling light and privacy across the primary elevations. Exterior cladding is finished in white, and the detailing incorporates waterfalls and exotic wood elements throughout the facade. The home was featured on CNBC and Mansion Global and received architectural awards.
Interior Layout
The first floor centers on a double-height living area oriented toward the water, with floor-to-ceiling glass framing east-facing Intracoastal views. The kitchen is outfitted with Neff cabinetry and European white oak flooring that continues throughout the main living spaces. A glass elevator connects both levels.
Six bedrooms and eight full bathrooms are distributed across the two floors. The primary suite includes separate his-and-hers bathrooms. Additional program includes an office and a dedicated media room. Ceilings on the ground floor reach full double height in the principal rooms, with architectural lighting designed to emphasize the volume.
Outdoor Living and Waterfront
The rear grounds face the Intracoastal with a heated infinity-edge pool and spa, a cabana, and a full summer kitchen configured for large-scale entertaining. The property has 125 feet of seawalled Intracoastal frontage with ocean access and no fixed bridges, allowing passage to the Atlantic for vessels without height restriction. The Boca Raton Inlet is a short run south, providing direct ocean access for boats staged at the seawall.
Secondary Lot and Compound Potential
A separate dry lot across Spanish River Road is offered independently and could be developed as a guest villa, private car gallery, or ancillary structure. Combined with the waterfront parcel, the two lots create a compound configuration with both water frontage and upland flex space, a layout that is increasingly difficult to assemble in the Estate Section given current lot availability.
Location and Access
The Estate Section of Boca Raton occupies a barrier island east of the Intracoastal, with Spanish River Road running along the waterway's western edge. The Boca Raton Resort and Beach Club is minutes south. Boca Raton Airport is approximately a 10-minute drive west, and Palm Beach International Airport is roughly 25 minutes north via I-95. The gated entry and owned security system provide perimeter control without a staffed guardhouse.
