Architecture & Design Team
Affiniti Architects led the design, with Stamm Development Group overseeing development and Seagate Capital Construction handling the build. Decorators Unlimited provided the interior staging and finish selections, while Nielsen Landscape Architects designed the grounds. The coastal design vocabulary draws on a neutral palette of creams and off-whites, paired with artisan tile, terrazzo slabs, softly mottled metals, and fluted cabinetry throughout.
Interior Layout
The ground floor opens through a covered entryway flanked by dual single-car garages into a foyer and open floor plan linking the great room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen centers on a five-seat island. A private office sits off the main living area, separated from the entertainment zones. Glass doors connect to the outdoor living spaces and pool area.
The second floor holds the primary suite with a walk-in closet and full bath, plus two additional guest bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. A laundry room and flex space for storage round out the level. An elevated walkway from the primary suite connects directly to the roof terrace atop the guest house.
The third floor contains the fourth guest bedroom with its own ensuite bath and walk-in closet, along with a club room featuring a full wet bar and direct access to a roof terrace.
Guest House & Outdoor Living
The detached guest house includes an indoor lounge, full bathroom, and a sizable roof terrace configured for outdoor dining. Three levels of outdoor space define the property: a covered lanai with a fully equipped summer kitchen overlooking the heated saltwater pool, the guest house roof terrace, and the third-floor roof terrace off the club room. Nielsen Landscape Architects designed the surrounding plantings to frame the pool and outdoor areas.
Location & Access
Palm Trail sits within the Sophia Frey subdivision, a few blocks west of the Atlantic Ocean and within walking distance of Atlantic Avenue's dining and retail corridor. Delray Beach's municipal beach is roughly a half-mile east. Palm Beach International Airport is approximately 20 minutes north via I-95. The 0.16-acre lot sits in a neighborhood where teardown-to-new-construction activity has accelerated, with new builds on Palm Trail increasingly commanding premium positioning due to the walkability to both the beach and downtown.
