Architecture & Construction
Hasey Construction, a recognized builder in the northern Palm Beach County market, is handling the project from foundation to finish. The design blends Contemporary and Key West vocabularies across two levels, with an open Great Room floor plan and a total of 6,145 square feet including covered outdoor areas. An elevator connects the two floors. Construction is new, with a 2026 completion date and no prior occupancy.
Interior Layout
The first floor anchors the primary suite, which includes separate his-and-her bathrooms and oversized closets, giving the owners full ground-level living. A study is also on the main level.
