Choeff Levy Fishman Architecture designed this 50,000-square-foot ocean-to-Intracoastal compound currently under construction on 3.93 acres in the Town of Manalapan, with more than 700 feet of combined Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway frontage. Robert W. Burrage of RWB Construction Management is the general contractor, with interiors by Marc-Michaels Interior Design, Inc. Completion is projected for 2028, and the estate will be delivered fully furnished.

Architecture and Design by Choeff Levy Fishman
The estate is conceived as a multi-structure compound across the full width of the barrier island, connecting the oceanfront to the Intracoastal. Choeff Levy Fishman, the Miami-based firm known for large-format contemporary residential projects, is responsible for the architectural program. RWB Construction Management, led by Robert W. Burrage, is handling the build. The design places living spaces to capture dual water views on both the Atlantic and Intracoastal exposures.
Interior Program
At 50,000 square feet under air, the main residence contains eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and seven half bathrooms across what the plans describe as a series of connected volumes. Marc-Michaels Interior Design is executing the full interior scope, and the property will be sold with all furnishings included.
The recreational and entertainment program is extensive: a private car museum, a movie theater, a golf simulation room, a bowling alley, a padel court, and a shooting range. A dedicated gym and spa facility is included as part of the compound, separate from the main living quarters.
Compound Structures and Outdoor Grounds
Beyond the main residence, the compound includes a guest house, an oceanside beach house, and a boathouse on the Intracoastal side. The pool is a 3,700-square-foot infinity-edge design positioned on the Intracoastal frontage, integrated with cascading water features and lagoon landscaping across the elevated grounds. Six garage spaces are included in the motor court program.
Water Access, Docking, and Inlet Proximity
The estate includes a private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway with direct ocean access and no fixed bridges between the property and the open Atlantic. Both the Boca Raton Inlet to the south and the Lake Worth (Palm Beach) Inlet to the north are accessible, and both accommodate large vessel traffic. This dual-inlet positioning is a defining logistical advantage for owners operating yachts with significant draft or beam, as it provides routing flexibility depending on sea conditions and destination.
Location and Access
Manalapan is an incorporated town on a narrow barrier island between the Atlantic and the Intracoastal, situated south of Palm Beach Island and north of Boca Raton. The town operates its own police force and maintains a single controlled point of vehicular entry from the mainland, providing a level of access management uncommon even among Palm Beach County barrier island communities. Residents of Manalapan receive complimentary membership to The La Coquille Club at Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa.
Boca Raton Airport (BCT) is approximately 15 minutes by car and handles mid-cabin and super-mid-size jets. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is roughly 25 minutes north. For large-cabin or ultra-long-range aircraft, Fort Lauderdale Executive (FXE) is within 35 to 40 minutes.
