Architecture & Construction
The structure is reinforced CBS tie-beam construction with impact glass windows throughout, including 10-foot sliders on the main living level. Clean architectural lines define the exterior massing, and the home sits on a 0.49-acre seawalled lot with no fixed bridges between the dock and open water. Full smart-home automation, electric blinds, and a whole-house generator are integrated into the building systems.
Interior Program
The great room is anchored by a 24-foot linear fireplace and framed by floor-to-ceiling glass facing the Intracoastal. The kitchen features Downsview cabinetry, quartz countertops, dual oversized islands, a full Thermador appliance suite, a prep kitchen, and a butler's pantry. Marble flooring runs throughout the principal rooms, and elevator access connects both levels.
The first-floor primary suite faces the water with a full en-suite bath. A second primary wing occupies the upper level with its own sitting area, covered balcony, morning bar, custom walk-in closets, and a spa-format bath. Three additional guest suites on the second level each have walk-in closets and private baths. Laundry rooms are provided on both floors.
Outdoor Living & Waterfront
A covered loggia overlooks the heated saltwater pool and spa, with a summer kitchen, cabana bath, and outdoor shower positioned along the waterfront elevation. A private beach area runs along the seawall. The dock accommodates a 16,000-pound boat lift, and a private easement from the property connects to the adjacent marina, where large boat slips are available.
Location & Intracoastal Access
Harbor Place sits along the Intracoastal with no fixed bridge obstructions, providing direct access to both the Jupiter Inlet to the north and the Palm Beach Inlet to the south. The PGA Boulevard corridor is minutes west, and the beaches at Juno and Jupiter are a short drive east. Palm Beach International Airport is roughly 25 minutes south via I-95, while North County General Aviation at Palm Beach County Park Airport in Lantana serves smaller aircraft. The adjacency to The Bear's Club positions this parcel within one of the most concentrated pockets of private club membership in northern Palm Beach County.
