The residence sits on over a half acre of Intracoastal waterfront within the Prosperity Bay Village gates. The exterior presents clean contemporary lines with expansive glass walls oriented toward the water. At 10,811 total square feet, including a five-car garage configuration with dedicated golf cart storage, the footprint accommodates a two-story main residence with a wellness suite above the garage.
Interior Layout & Finishes
The design team specified white oak millwork, hand-finished plaster accent walls, and custom cabinetry throughout. The material palette centers on ivory tones, textural coral stone, and warm metal accents. The main level opens with a soaring great room that flows into a chef's kitchen with stone surfaces, tailored metal details, and an adjacent scullery. Formal dining and a temperature-controlled wine display sit nearby.
The first-floor primary suite faces the water with dual walk-in closets and a bath finished in honed stone and warm wood. A guest suite, mudroom, and oversized laundry room complete the ground floor. Upstairs, an oversized club room anchors the second level, framed by expansive glass and opening to a private balcony with Intracoastal views. Multiple guest suites include a VIP suite with its own balcony, along with a loft, craft room, second laundry, and a secure safe room.
Wellness Suite & Garage
Above the four-car-plus-golf-cart garage, a dedicated wellness area is designed to accommodate a sauna, cold plunge, fitness studio, golf simulator, office, or captain's quarters. A private elevator serves both levels of the main residence.
Outdoor Living & Docking
Covered loggias extend from the main living areas to outdoor dining and lounge zones along the waterfront. The heated in-ground pool overlooks the Intracoastal. The new 100-foot seawall supports three oversized slips capable of accommodating large vessels. No fixed bridges between this dock and open water is a meaningful distinction for this corridor; most Intracoastal parcels in northern Palm Beach County sit behind at least one restricted bridge, limiting vessel height and access timing.

Bay Village Harbour is a small gated community positioned on the Intracoastal in central Palm Beach Gardens. Palm Beach International Airport is approximately 20 minutes south via I-95 or the Turnpike. North Palm Beach County Marine Center and several full-service marinas sit within a short run by water. The inlet at the Port of Palm Beach provides the nearest ocean access, roughly four nautical miles south, with no fixed bridge obstructions along the route. For context, waterfront parcels in this part of Palm Beach Gardens with no-fixed-bridge access and the seawall length to support multiple large vessels are uncommon; most comparable dockage in the county sits either in the Jupiter Inlet corridor or further south along the Palm Beach Intracoastal.
