Each stall is fitted with individual fans, a fly spray system, and both full-length grated doors and half doors. Tongue and groove ceilings run the length of the structure, and brick fronts define each stall opening.
Interior Program
The operational layout includes a lounge and office with a full bathroom, a large tack room with a kitchen, and a second office. Dedicated farrier and veterinary areas are separated from the main aisle, with wash and grooming stations, a laundry room, and a secure med room completing the service core.
Three enclosed garage and storage spaces provide equipment housing, one of which is oversized and air conditioned. A flexible space with a full bathroom is currently configured as a photography studio but could be converted to living quarters.
