Architecture & Design
Roy and Posey Architects established the original plantation framework, with the 2013 construction handled by Island Construction. Robert Trown and Associates subsequently led a comprehensive interior transformation that redefined the material palette and spatial character throughout. The result is a compound organized around wide Intracoastal sightlines, with covered loggias and expansive glass doors creating a continuous connection between interior living spaces and the waterfront terraces.
Interior Layout
The main level centers on an open family room that flows into an eat-in kitchen fitted with imported custom Italian cabinetry and a blue Sodalite stone island. The formal dining room is positioned to frame the Intracoastal directly. A first-floor bedroom, currently configured as an office, sits within the main residence alongside four additional bedrooms and four and a half baths upstairs.
The primary suite occupies a privileged position with panoramic water views and a private balcony. Throughout the main house, custom light fixtures define the vertical spaces and circulation areas. Zoned climate control serves the residence on both levels.
Guest House
A detached one-bedroom guest house operates with its own private entry and includes a full kitchen, vaulted ceilings, a private balcony, and studio-style living and sleeping space. This structure functions independently from the main residence, suitable for extended stays or staff quarters.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The rear grounds are organized around a heated in-ground pool and spa, bordered by generous terraces scaled for both lounging and outdoor dining. A living wall serves as a focal feature within the landscaped backyard. The 0.57-acre lot provides meaningful setback from South Flagler while preserving the full 130-plus feet of Intracoastal frontage.
Water Access & Docking
The private dock is equipped with a 50,000-pound boat lift, capable of accommodating a vessel in the 40-foot-plus range. From this position on the Intracoastal, the Lake Worth Inlet is roughly three nautical miles south, providing direct Atlantic access. The width of the waterway at this stretch of South Flagler allows for comfortable maneuvering.
Location & Access
The property sits within the Vest Pocket Lake Worth Farms area of West Palm Beach, along the South Flagler corridor. Palm Beach International Airport is approximately a seven-minute drive. The Flagler Drive waterfront path runs directly along the property's frontage. South Flagler between Southern Boulevard and the Bingham Island bridge has seen significant reinvestment in recent years, with several older parcels being acquired and redeveloped at a pace that has compressed inventory along this stretch of the Intracoastal.
