Gabellini Sheppard Interiors & Design

Gabellini Sheppard, the New York studio known for its minimalist rigor, handled the interior design of Olara's residences. The unit features refined finishes throughout, floor-to-ceiling glass, and sweeping sightlines oriented toward both the Intracoastal and the ocean. The two-to-four-bedroom-plus-den residences were conceived around open floor plans that prioritize natural light and waterfront orientation.

Olara is built around two acres of amenity programming centered on health, wellness, and hospitality. The fitness offering includes a Wright Fit training center with daily fitness and Pilates classes. Multiple pools serve the building's residents across the grounds.

Dining is operated by the Jose Andres Group, bringing a culinary program from one of the most recognized restaurant groups in the country directly into the building. ARCH Amenities, the group behind Baccarat Residences, manages the full-service operation. A full-building generator supports the tower's infrastructure.
