Architecture & Interior Design
Gabellini Sheppard, the New York-based architecture and design firm, handled the residential interiors at Olara. The unit features refined finishes throughout, floor-to-ceiling glass, and a half-bath for guests. Two garage spaces are included with the residence. The building is planned for completion in 2028.
Amenities & Services
Olara's amenity program spans two acres and is managed by ARCH Amenities, the operator behind Baccarat Residences in New York. The building includes multiple pools, a Wright Fit training center, and daily fitness and Pilates programming. Dining is provided through a partnership with the Jose Andres Group, the James Beard Award-winning restaurant organization. A full-building generator ensures uninterrupted service during storm events, a meaningful consideration on the Intracoastal corridor.
Location & Access
The North Flagler Promenade location places residents roughly one mile from the Royal Park Bridge crossing to Palm Beach Island. Palm Beach International Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive south via I-95 or Dixie Highway. The stretch of North Flagler Drive between Okeechobee Boulevard and 45th Street has become the primary new-development corridor in West Palm Beach, with multiple tower projects now reshaping the waterfront between Currie Park and the Howard Park district. This section benefits from walkability to Northwood Village dining and retail to the north and the Kravis Center and CityPlace to the south.
