You provide: name, email, phone, role (e.g., property buyer or property owner), budget/price band, areas of interest, timing, event RSVPs, and any details you choose to share (e.g., dietary or privacy preferences).

From others: Compass systems, MLS/IDX providers, cooperating brokers/agents, referral partners, and event hosts—where lawful and relevant to your inquiry.
No marketing lists by default. We do not add you to marketing email lists unless you ask (e.g., event reminders or market briefs).
Service providers: CRM, email and calendar systems, scheduling tools, web hosting, analytics, security, and IDX/MLS vendors—bound by confidentiality obligations.
