The Community
Seminole Landing is easy to miss, which is the idea. About 55 single family estates share a gated stretch of North Palm Beach between the ocean and the Intracoastal, beside Seminole Golf Club. The private roads are few: Banyan, Banyan Estates, Seminole, Indian, Channel and Ridge. Residents keep a private beach, and the community keeps to itself.
The market is as scarce as the setting. Eleven homes closed between March 2024 and April 2026 at a median of $6.5M, and a December 2025 sale reached $15.1M. Most years, most of the community simply does not trade.

Some communities advertise and some simply exist, and Seminole Landing belongs to the second kind. There is no clubhouse circuit and no amenity brochure, just large estates under mature canopy, a private beach, and a gate that keeps the world away.
The location does quiet work too. Old Port Cove's marinas sit minutes south, the island of Palm Beach is a short drive down A1A, and the enclave's own stretch of sand stays essentially empty.
The community's neighbor is Seminole Golf Club, one of the most storied golf institutions in America. The club is entirely separate from the community: owning at Seminole Landing carries no membership, no access and no implied path to either.
What the adjacency does provide is character. The club's presence anchors the neighborhood's scale and privacy, and questions about the club itself belong to the club.
Estates here run from established homes under old canopy to significant new construction on the ocean side, on lots that dwarf the county norm. The ocean rows set the ceiling, and a December 2025 sale reached $15.1M.
With about 55 homes, inventory is structural scarcity. Buyers who want in usually wait, and sellers who list well rarely wait long.

Yes. The community’s ocean side carries a private beach for residents, one of the few true private beaches among the north county’s gated enclaves.
They share the same quiet stretch of North Palm Beach and the same discretion. Lost Tree is roughly ten times larger, with a club, golf and a beach club inside its gates. Seminole Landing is a pure residential enclave beside a club it does not own. Buyers wanting amenities choose Lost Tree, buyers wanting silence choose Seminole Landing.
A separate neighborhood nearby. Despite the similar name, Portage Landing is not part of Seminole Landing, and its homes trade in a different market. We scope the two separately in every analysis.
