Camilla spent a decade running one of Bali's most celebrated restaurants. A hundred staff in white linen uniforms. A bamboo structure on a rice field. The kind of place people came back to again and again.
When Nikko convinced her to move to Palm Beach, she found she had a natural feel for helping others do the same: relocating, finding a home, getting settled in a new place.A decade of hospitality had given her exactly the skill set that real estate was missing. Most of her work happens before a client sees a single property. She sources quietly, filters carefully, and presents a short list with the context you need. When a transaction closes, it stays between the parties involved. She has a feel for timing and fit. The right property, the right moment, the right terms.She operates from offices on Worth Avenue and in Jupiter with a team handling research, coordination, and transaction management. She manages every client relationship personally, with Nikko's experience behind every strategy and negotiation.Camilla is a yogi who loves the ocean. She and Nikko met at a barefoot golf tournament in Bali, went diving in Komodo shortly after, and now have three kids.
Nikko advises private clients across Palm Beach County's leading luxury communities, from private clubs and oceanfront estates to new developments, covering Palm Beach to Jupiter.
He has worked in real estate for nearly two decades, starting on the developer side with Related Group in West Palm Beach, then moving through distressed assets and cross-border M&A across the US, Europe, and Asia. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics. He built Palm Beach Luxury to bring that same level of analysis to private client real estate.
PBL operates out of offices on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach and in Jupiter, with a dedicated team managing research, client coordination, transaction support, and property marketing. Camilla Chevillot runs the advisory practice and client relationships. Nikko built the analytical platform, maintains the market intelligence, and is directly involved in pricing strategy, crafting offers, and negotiations.
His family has had a home in Palm Beach County since 1951. Three generations of watching the market shift. Waterfront premiums rising. New developments reshaping corridors. Demographics turning over. He is a student of all of it, and that historical perspective and nuance guides decisions and shapes negotiations.
He and Camilla chose Jupiter to raise their family. Outside of real estate, he runs Explorers, an explorer yacht advisory operating private expedition programs worldwide.
