About Rialto

Rialto is where Jupiter’s family market clears. Lennar opened it off Island Way around 2010 and built roughly 480 homes through the decade, on quarter-acre-scale lots arranged around lakes, preserve fingers and a clubhouse with the full family program. The location does the heavy lifting: Jupiter’s schools, the beaches down Indiantown Road and the turnpike entrance are all within fifteen minutes. The tape shows a community that works. Twenty five recorded closings in the last two years at a median near $1.5 million and about $440 per square foot, market time under two months, and zero public listings at this writing. Homes here sell before the neighborhood’s own buyers finish their coffee.

Lennar's 2010s range, three to six bedrooms, with the larger lake-backed plans carrying the top of the ledger. A renovation wave is working through the early builds, and updated homes clear at a visible premium over original finishes.

Twenty five recorded closings in two years, a $1.52 million median, roughly $440 per square foot and a $1.95 million recorded top. Under two months to contract at the median, and supply at zero more often than not. Sellers price with confidence here and the market keeps agreeing.

The gate, the schools and the drive. Rialto undercuts the golf communities on price because the club is a clubhouse rather than a course, and for most families that is the right trade. It is also the natural step toward Jupiter's luxury tier: Rialto sellers become Pennock Point and Admirals Cove buyers.

Scarcity pricing. With nothing public for sale in many weeks, the next listing sets the comp, and buyers who wait for choice here wait a long time. Off market conversations matter more in Rialto than its price point suggests.

Rialto, Answered

Off Island Way on Jupiter’s north side, in Palm Beach County, about fifteen minutes from the beaches and the turnpike entrance.

About 480 behind one gate, built by Lennar through the 2010s around lakes and preserve.

The recorded median over the last two years ran near $1.5 million at about $440 per square foot, with the recorded top just under $2 million.

Demand clears the community faster than owners list it. Twenty five sales recorded in two years and zero public listings at this writing is Rialto’s normal state.

A clubhouse with the family program rather than a golf club, which keeps the carrying cost well below the course communities nearby.

It is the classic one. Families enter here for the gate and the schools, build equity, and trade up the Jupiter ladder when the household or the boat grows.
