About Sonoma Isles

Sonoma Isles is what the Jupiter family ladder built next. DiVosta opened sales in late 2015 on the acreage beside Jupiter’s west corridor and delivered close to three hundred homes through the decade’s end, arranged around lakes with a staffed gate on Indiantown Road. The homes arrive a half generation newer than Rialto’s and price accordingly: thirty one recorded closings in the last two years at a median near $2.1 million and roughly $500 per square foot, with the record at a recorded $3.2 million. One home was publicly available at this writing, which tells the supply story in a single number.

DiVosta's estate range from the late 2010s: four to six bedrooms, open plans around pool decks, and the premium concentrated on the long lake exposures. Original owners still dominate, so the resale stock arrives lightly used and prices near new construction.

Thirty one recorded closings over the last two years, a median near $2.1 million, roughly $500 per square foot and about two and a half months to contract at the median. Supply sits near zero between listings. The community record is a recorded $3.2 million, and lake-lot resales keep testing it.

The staffed gate, construction a decade newer than the alternatives at the price, and the west corridor's drive times: the turnpike entrance in minutes, the beaches in about twenty. For households stepping up from Rialto or relocating straight into Jupiter, this is the newest product below the golf tier.

Scarcity pricing, same as its sibling. One listing at a time means each sale resets the comp set, and lake lots command a durable premium over interior ones. Buyers should decide their exposure preference before touring, because the market prices it block by block.

Sonoma Isles, Answered

Off Indiantown Road on Jupiter’s west corridor, in Palm Beach County, minutes from the turnpike entrance and about twenty minutes from the beaches.

Close to three hundred, built by DiVosta from 2016 through the end of the decade around a chain of lakes, behind a staffed gate.

The recorded median over the last two years ran near $2.1 million at roughly $500 per square foot, with the recorded community record at $3.2 million.

Same family formula, newer vintage, higher price. Sonoma Isles homes arrive about a decade younger and the median runs roughly half a million above Rialto’s, which is the market pricing the age gap.

Yes, the Indiantown Road entrance is guard gated, one of the features that separates it from the unstaffed gates at the same price tier.

Lake or interior. The lake exposures carry the premium and the record sales, and with one listing at a time, buyers rarely get to choose between both in the same month.
