The Community
Trump National Jupiter carries two names in its history. It opened in 2002 as the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa, with a Jack Nicklaus course and a Ritz built spa inside a 68,000 square foot clubhouse. It became Trump National after the property changed hands in December 2012. The residential enclave inside the gates predates the name change and trades on the same fundamentals it always has.
Those fundamentals are location and compactness. The community sits in Jupiter’s Donald Ross corridor, minutes from Alton and the hospital district, with villas, residences and estate homes wrapped around the course.
| Setting | Gated golf enclave in Jupiter's Donald Ross corridor |
|---|---|
| Opened | 2002, as the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa |
| Golf | Jack Nicklaus design, par 72, 7,404 yards |
| Clubhouse | 68,000 square feet, with the original Ritz built spa |
| Homes | Villas, residences and estate homes, roughly 1,950 to 7,700 square feet |
| Membership | Private club, separate from home ownership |
| How It Trades | Compact inventory across three product types |
The Nicklaus course is the constant. It opened in 2002 under the Ritz flag and has anchored the community through both eras, playing 7,404 yards from the tips. The 2012 purchase brought roughly $20M of reinvestment into the club and grounds.
For owners, the practical point is simpler: the enclave's homes trade on the course, the location and the product mix, whichever name is on the gate.
The enclave offers three products in one gate: villas for lock and leave owners, mid size residences, and estate homes reaching 7,700 square feet, with golf, lake and preserve views. That mix gives it an unusually wide entry range for a club community.
Inventory is compact and moves quickly at the villa end, where buyers seeking a Jupiter golf address at a lower entry point tend to start.

No. The club is private and separate from the real estate, and membership does not come automatically with a purchase. Categories, terms and admission come from the club directly, and we confirm the current structure in every transaction here.
The range is wide because the products differ: villas open the market and estate homes top it. Current closings, medians and inventory are in the market table on this page, which updates from closed sales automatically.
Jack Nicklaus. The course opened in 2002 as the centerpiece of the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa and plays par 72 at 7,404 yards. The name changed to Trump National Jupiter after the December 2012 purchase.
Villas, mid size residences and estate homes from roughly 1,950 to 7,700 square feet, with golf, lake and preserve views. The three tier mix gives the enclave a wider entry range than most Jupiter club communities.
In Jupiter’s Donald Ross corridor, minutes from the Alton district, the hospitals and I-95. Downtown Palm Beach Gardens and the beaches are each a short drive.
It is the compact option. Admirals Cove adds a marina and waterways, The Bears Club trades at estate scale, and Trump National offers the Nicklaus course with a lower entry point through its villas. Buyers who want the golf without estate pricing start here.
We'd welcome the conversation.
