About Water Club

Water Club brought the glass tower to North Palm Beach. The twin 22 story towers at 1 and 2 Water Club Way delivered in 2016 on a stretch of US 1 where the Intracoastal opens to its widest, and the boutique third tower followed by 2020. Every residence faces water, most see across to Singer Island and the inlet, and the amenity program runs at resort depth. The market here moves differently from the island: eighteen recorded sales closed in the last two years at a median near $2.3 million, while twenty one residences were publicly available at this writing. That depth of selection is the buyer’s leverage, and the reason sellers here must price precisely.

Towers one and two are the 2016 twins at 22 stories. The third tower is the boutique phase, nineteen stories with larger plans, finished by 2020. Views improve with height everywhere, and the southeast stacks carry the inlet line.

Eighteen recorded closings over the last two years at a median near $2.3 million and roughly $1,020 per square foot. The record is $3.5 million at the third tower in December 2025. Twenty one residences were available at this writing at a median ask near $2.4 million, a deep shelf by island standards.

North Palm Beach's restaurant row is minutes south, the inlet and Singer Island's beaches ten minutes east, and PGA Boulevard's shopping five minutes north. Palm Beach island is twenty five minutes down Flagler or A1A.

Selection changes the game here. With twenty residences typically available, buyers can hold out for the exact stack and floor, and sellers win by pricing to the most recent closing rather than the highest ask. Association paper across all three towers is young and clean.

Water Club, Answered

At 1, 2 and 3 Water Club Way on US 1, on the widest stretch of the North Palm Beach Intracoastal. Singer Island sits directly across the water.

Three. The twin 22 story towers delivered in 2016 and the boutique nineteen story third tower followed by 2020, with larger plans and fewer residences.

The recorded median over the last two years ran near $2.3 million, at roughly $1,020 per square foot. The record is $3.5 million, set at the third tower in December 2025.

The towers were designed around the water, and east facing lines look across the Intracoastal to Singer Island. Height and stack decide how much of the inlet and ocean line a residence sees.

Selection favors buyers: about twenty residences were publicly available at this writing against nine recorded sales a year. Sellers who price to the latest closing still move, and asks above the record sit.

Owners who want new construction scale, water from every window and resort amenities without island pricing, within ten minutes of the inlet, the beaches and PGA Boulevard.
