Interior Renovations & Finishes

The main living areas are floored in large-format porcelain tile beneath soaring ceilings, with an open floor plan that draws natural light through impact-resistant windows and doors on every exterior opening. The renovated kitchen features contemporary cabinetry, quartzite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, opening directly to the main living spaces.

All four bathrooms have been updated. Brand-new luxury vinyl plank flooring runs through every bedroom, the entire second floor, and the staircase. Every exterior opening, including the front entry and garage door, is hurricane protected with impact-rated glass, eliminating the need for shutters entirely.

Outdoor Living & Grounds

The backyard takes advantage of the oversized lot and absence of rear neighbors to create a layered outdoor sequence: the 2021 custom saltwater pool with concrete construction and included equipment, an expansive marble paver deck for entertaining, an oversized turf lawn, and a built-in putting green. Low-maintenance landscaping frames the space with views extending over the Boca Woods Country Club golf course beyond.

Systems & Construction

The roof was recently professionally inspected and determined to have approximately nine years of remaining useful life. Mechanical upgrades include a tankless water heater and dual air conditioning systems, with one system replaced approximately two years ago. The gated community includes security patrol and a security gate.

Community Amenities

Regatta at Mission Bay is a gated community offering a clubhouse, fitness center, community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and playgrounds, with cable and internet included in the HOA. The home is within walking distance of both the Mission Bay clubhouse and Mission Bay Community Park.
