Architecture & Construction

Completed in 2003, the residence reflects Swanson's Palm Beach construction pedigree applied to a Mediterranean vocabulary: dramatic archways, custom beam accents throughout the ceiling planes, and proportions scaled for formal and informal entertaining alike. The contemporary European influences appear in the open living spaces and the relationship between interior rooms and the waterfront grounds.

Interior Sequence

Entry sequences open to soaring ceilings and wide-plank wood flooring that runs through the principal rooms.
