Architecture & Design

The collaboration between Cosentino Architecture and Primo Construction produced a home with an elevated organic modern aesthetic. Storm-rated impact windows and doors line the envelope, and smart home integration runs through a Control 4 system. A natural gas generator and an elevator serve the residence from within.

Interior Sequence

The first-floor primary suite opens to a spa-inspired bath and boutique-style dressing rooms configured as a private retreat. From there, the plan moves into the open-air chef's kitchen outfitted with premium appliances and a generous walk-in pantry. Sightlines extend from the kitchen into an entertainer's bar where suspended glass shelving adds architectural detail.

Adjacent to the bar, a private library clad in designer wallpaper provides a contained workspace. The second-floor primary suite offers a second owner's retreat, giving the home flexibility for multigenerational use or extended stays. Four additional bedroom suites complete the program.
