Architecture & Design

The collaboration between Randall Stofft Architects, Compson Homes, and Lesly Maxwell Interiors produces a modern residential composition defined by expansive windows, a two-story foyer, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions. A Control4 smart home system integrates automation throughout the residence. The corner-lot siting allows illuminated landscaping to frame the architecture on two exposures.

Interior Sequence

Entry begins through a two-story foyer that establishes the vertical scale and natural light strategy carried throughout the plan. The great room connects directly to a covered loggia through oversized sliding doors, creating a single living volume that extends into the outdoor spaces.

The kitchen centers on an eat-in island with premium stone countertops and includes a fully built-out pantry. A dedicated club room with wet bar is positioned for entertaining, opening directly onto an outdoor terrace. The residence includes five bedrooms and five full bathrooms plus a powder room.
