Design by Errez Design
Errez Design, an award-winning firm, conceived the full interior transformation. The approach fuses contemporary lines with Asian-inspired artistry, layering textures and disciplined color compositions across both floors. The dining room features a hand-painted gold leaf mirror mural by English muralist Grahame Ménage, originally unveiled at a Palm Beach show, an installation that functions as the artistic centerpiece of the home.
Interior Walkthrough
The main level is anchored by a ground-floor primary suite designed as a self-contained retreat. The primary bath features luminous onyx behind the soaking tub, with Bianco Montcarte marble across the floors and shower walls. Flooring on this level alternates between travertine and Casa Venetia European oak, with a herringbone pattern in the primary suite.
The reimagined kitchen and lounge function as an integrated living environment rather than a traditional kitchen. Modern cabinetry, an antique mirror backsplash above the range, a concealed pantry, and a custom bar built into the dining area create a continuous entertaining zone. The space connects to an adjacent den suited for smaller gatherings.
The second floor centers on a spacious living lounge with custom millwork built-ins, serving as a media or family room. An oversized guest suite with custom bunk beds and two separate bathrooms occupies one wing, while three additional private bedroom suites complete the upper level. Each suite is independently appointed with its own bath. Casa Venetia European oak continues on the second floor, with parquet detailing in select areas.
Outdoor Living & Golf Course Setting
The rear of the property faces the rolling fairways of The Boca Raton golf course, with an in-ground pool and outdoor entertaining areas framed by the course views. The corner lot provides a generous side yard with dense landscaping that reinforces privacy on three exposures. A two-car garage and laundry room are integrated into the floor plan.
Location & Access
Addison Estates is a double-gated community with guard service, located in central Boca Raton. The community sits adjacent to The Boca Raton resort and club, with Mizner Park and Royal Palm Place within a short drive. Boca Raton Airport is approximately five minutes west, and Palm Beach International Airport is roughly 25 minutes north via I-95. For buyers weighing Boca's gated enclaves, Addison Estates offers a tighter lot configuration than Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club but compensates with direct golf course adjacency and a walkable position to downtown retail and dining.
