The reconstruction brought together Stofft's structural clarity with Stern's interior vision across all three floors. Natural limestone floors run throughout the main level and extend outdoors to create continuity between indoor and outdoor living. The second floor transitions to European white oak, which continues onto the third level. ESW impact windows and doors are installed throughout, and frameless solid doors maintain clean architectural lines at every threshold.
First Floor: Kitchen, Office & Entertaining
The entry opens onto limestone floors that set the material tone for the main level. The kitchen is wrapped in bleached walnut cabinetry and anchored by leathered Costa Esmeralda granite countertops, with a full suite of Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances including double ovens, an induction cooktop, beverage refrigerator, wine refrigerator, and dedicated ice maker. A hidden bar and appliance garage sit behind custom metal and reeded-glass cabinetry, and a Venetian plaster sculptural range hood anchors the cooking zone.
The butler's pantry houses a paneled Monogram refrigerator and Cove dishwasher. Beyond it, a walk-in food pantry features checkerboard marble floors, an iron-and-glass arched door, and House of Hackney wallpaper. The dining room is framed by custom walnut folding screens and includes a fireplace. A cabana bath finished in solid slab quartzite with integrated sink provides direct access to an outdoor shower.
The first-floor office is wrapped in custom white oak built-ins with concealed storage, open display shelving, and an integrated desk. A discreet package room and downstairs laundry sit nearby. Elevator access services all three levels.
Second Floor: Primary Suite & Private Quarters
The primary suite features a custom built-in walnut bed and a spa bath clad in solid Calacatta Viola marble with integrated floating sinks, custom walnut storage, and Waterworks fixtures. His-and-hers dressing closets are separately configured; the hers closet includes a vanity with integrated sink. A secondary office on this level has custom built-ins with a solid travertine slab backsplash and its own en-suite bath.
Two additional bedrooms are separated by a den, each with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. A second-floor laundry is outfitted with pull-out Dry-Away racks, and the hallway includes three closets, one walk-in, all with custom built-ins.
Third Floor: Guest Suite, Club Room & Gym
The top level houses an oversized VIP guest suite with en-suite bath, double sinks, and Brizo fixtures. A club room features a custom antiqued brass bar with integrated refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher drawers. A fully equipped home gym includes inset rubber flooring and a custom walnut-and-mirror feature wall, alongside a powder bath. The expansive outdoor terrace at this level is fitted with a custom hanging daybed.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
Limestone pavers extend from the interior to the rear yard, where a heated saltwater pool with built-in barstools, heated spa, sunken firepit, and a custom grill station with refrigerator face the wide canal. The pool and outdoor spaces are oriented toward the water, with views across the canal toward the Intracoastal waterway.
Water Access & Docking
The canal-front position provides direct Intracoastal connectivity.
Systems & Technology
The home runs on a Sonos whole-home audio system, Lutron lighting with automated shades in the living room and primary suite, and a four-zone Nest climate system with slotted, mud-in vents. ADT security is integrated with Nest cameras and doorbell. Toto toilets are installed throughout, and Farrow and Ball paint is used across all interiors. The three-car garage accommodates up to four vehicles via a lift system.
