The Colonial design is organized around a two-story staircase tower that anchors the interior volume. A motor plaza and auto court, framed by mature tropical landscaping, leads to an open-air portico entry. The portico establishes the indoor-outdoor threshold that carries through the plan, connecting formal rooms to the Intracoastal-facing lanais. With 9,820 total square feet and 7,049 under air, the massing is scaled to the 0.33-acre waterfront lot without overwhelming the setback envelope typical of this section of Boca Raton Riviera.
Colonial Interiors and Spatial Organization
The ground floor is built for both formal entertaining and daily use. A club room with professional bar sits adjacent to a library and private office, creating a wing that functions independently from the main living areas. An Intracoastal loft room on the upper level provides elevated sightlines across the waterway. Service infrastructure includes a butler's pantry, two utility rooms, and an elevator connecting floors. The four-bay garage accommodates a principal's vehicle collection with separation from the residential entry sequence.
Outdoor Living and Intracoastal Grounds
Three lanais extend the living space along the waterfront edge. One is fitted with a full summer kitchen for outdoor entertaining. The heated pool and pool bath are positioned to face the Intracoastal, with no fixed bridges obstructing the water view or vessel access. The 93-foot frontage on a no-wake zone means docking conditions are calm and suitable for larger craft, with ocean access available through the Boca Raton Inlet approximately 1.5 miles south.
Location and Access
The Boca Raton Riviera section sits east of Federal Highway with direct Intracoastal positioning. This stretch of waterway benefits from no-wake regulations, which limits vessel traffic speed and protects seawall infrastructure. The community is gated without a guard, accessed through a security-controlled entry. Boca Raton Airport (BCT) is roughly a 10-minute drive west, while Palm Beach International (PBI) is approximately 30 minutes north on I-95. The lot's 93-foot water frontage and no-fixed-bridge access to the Atlantic make this one of the more functional docking configurations available in Boca Raton proper.
