Architecture & Design by Randall E. Stofft
The entry sequence opens into a double-height great room with coffered ceilings, a fireplace, and a sweeping staircase framing the waterfront beyond. Marble flooring runs through the main living areas, while newly installed hardwood flooring covers all bedrooms. Impact windows and doors are installed throughout, and a whole-house generator provides full backup power.
Interior Sequence
The great room flows into the formal dining room and the kitchen, which is fitted with custom wood cabinetry, quartzite countertops, an oversized island with dual sinks, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, two Miele dishwashers, a Wolf gas cooktop with pot filler, and double Wolf wall ovens. A breakfast area connects to the oversized family and club rooms, all oriented toward the water.
The first floor bedroom wing contains three bedrooms with built-out closets and three fully renovated bathrooms. On the opposite side of the ground floor, a guest suite includes an ensuite bath and walk-in closet, along with a laundry room with extensive storage.
The primary suite occupies the upper level with elevator access, dual oversized walk-in closets (one with its own washer and dryer), a breakfast bar, a sitting area, and a renovated spa-inspired bath. French doors open to a private waterfront balcony with panoramic water views. A second upstairs bedroom has its own ensuite bath and spacious closet.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The 0.3-acre lot accommodates a heated saltwater pool with water and canal views. A three-car garage sits at grade level. The property is within a gated community with no guard.
Water Access & Docking
The 122-foot seawalled deep-water frontage provides direct Intracoastal access with no fixed bridges to the Boca Inlet and Atlantic Ocean, placing open water just minutes from the dock.
Location & Access
The property sits directly across from Red Reef Park and its Par-3 golf course, and is blocks from the beach, The Boca Raton resort, and downtown Boca Raton and Delray Beach.
