Orchid Point is a newly completed Colonial Intracoastal estate on a 0.39-acre point lot in the Sun and Surf Club Community of Boca Raton, delivering approximately 230 feet of waterfront with protected side dockage in a no-wake canal. Designed by In-Site Design Group with interiors by Farache Bromberg Design Studio and built by Jag Development, the residence captures some of the longest Intracoastal sightlines available in Boca Raton, with views extending across three exposures from the point position.

Architecture and Design Team
The collaboration between Jag Development, In-Site Design Group, and Farache Bromberg Design Studio produced a residence that pairs a Colonial exterior envelope with warm organic interior finishes. Floor-to-ceiling window walls pull natural light deep into the living spaces while framing the Intracoastal on multiple axes. Construction sits above FEMA flood elevation with impact glass throughout and modern mechanical systems, including a fully integrated smart-home platform controlling lighting, climate, security, and entertainment.
Interior Spaces
The main level organizes around spacious living and family areas anchored by bleached oak flooring, custom millwork, and designer lighting. A club and media room, dedicated bar, and downstairs office extend the ground floor program for daily use and entertaining alike. A private ground-level suite with its own entrance provides direct dock access, configured for captain or crew quarters, guest accommodations, or a separate workspace.
The second level centers on a primary suite with panoramic Intracoastal views, two boutique-scaled closets, a sitting area, and a bath with soaking tub positioned to overlook the water. Two additional ensuite bedrooms and an upstairs laundry complete the upper floor.
Outdoor Living and Grounds
The outdoor program is oriented toward the Intracoastal, anchored by a heated infinity-edge pool with sun shelf, a covered lanai, and a summer kitchen. The pool area is visible from the primary suite, living spaces, and ground-level entertaining rooms, creating a continuous indoor-outdoor sequence across the point.
Water Access and Docking
An approximately 80-foot concrete dock is set in a protected private canal on the side of the property, offering no-wake mooring that shelters vessels from main channel traffic. Additional dock space on the northwest corner of the property provides secondary tie-up capacity. The newly constructed 230-foot seawall with cap secures the full waterfront perimeter. From this position, Boca Raton Inlet is a short run south, providing direct ocean access without navigating extended Intracoastal stretches. Point lot parcels with this kind of protected side-channel dockage are uncommon in the Sun and Surf Club corridor, where most waterfront is linear seawall without canal protection.
Location and Access
The Sun and Surf Club Community places the residence minutes from Boca Raton beaches and The Boca Raton resort and Beach Club. Boca Raton Airport is less than a 10-minute drive for turboprop operations, while Palm Beach International Airport is approximately 25 minutes north for commercial and private jet service. The auto plaza includes a three-car garage plus additional enclosed space suited for captain and crew storage, a golf cart, or specialty vehicles.
