Randall Stofft designed this contemporary compound on South Ocean Boulevard in Seagate, Delray Beach, with two separate guest retreats flanking a saltwater pool and full outdoor living pavilion. The walled and gated property sits a short walk from beach access and roughly half a mile from three private beach clubs: The Seagate Beach Club, The Delray Beach Club, and The Colony Beach Club.

Architecture & Construction
The residence is poured concrete construction on both levels, built on pilings with steel reinforcement beams. Randall Stofft shaped the design around cantilevered rooflines, airy spans of impact glass (the highest rated on the market), and a metal roof. Interior finishes are by designer Shelly Preziosi of ASID Inside.
Ground Floor
A sweeping motor court between a pair of two-bay garages leads to the formal entry beneath the cantilevered rooflines. Inside, a floating glass staircase anchors the lofty foyer, which flows directly into the great room. Glass walls slide open here to the poolside lanai and garden, with a cove-lit ceiling over the seating area and a coffered ceiling over the dining zone.
The kitchen is fitted with sleek cabinetry, Neolith counters, a waterfall-edge island and bar, a walk-in pantry, and appliances by Sub-Zero and GE Monogram including a gas range. A wet bar with wine refrigerator adjoins the great room. Off the great room, the club room opens to the pool terrace and connects through loft-style doors to the office. A versatile library and bedroom with en-suite bath completes the first floor. Polished porcelain tile in a soft cream tone runs throughout the main level.
Second Floor
Pale wide-plank oak floors run across the upper level. The primary suite opens to a private balcony above the pool beneath peak ceilings, with two wardrobe rooms feeding into two separate baths finished in Neolith, quartz, and designer tile. One bath features a steam shower; the other pairs a freestanding soaking tub with a multi-head open shower and separate water closet. Three additional bedroom suites are arranged off a loft-style sitting area, and a separate guest suite has its own outside entry.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The rear grounds balance sunlight and shade across lounge terraces surrounding the saltwater pool with spillover spa. A large lanai serves as a true outdoor living and dining room with a full summer kitchen and a linear fireplace. Anchoring the opposite side of the pool, the guest house and cabana contains a bedroom and sitting room, kitchenette, and bath. Landscape lighting adds depth after dark. A second guest retreat sits above one of the two-bay garages.
Location & Access
Seagate is a beachside neighborhood roughly one mile south of Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach. The property is about half a mile from three private beach clubs and within easy reach of the dining, shopping, and cultural offerings along Atlantic Avenue.
