Architecture & Design by Affiniti and Asthetique
The design language is linear and restrained, built on a material palette of rift-cut white oak, limestone mosaic patterning, and natural stone surfaces throughout. Custom white oak millwork extends from cabinetry to ceiling details, stained to match and creating continuous material flow across both floors. Waterworks plumbing fixtures are specified throughout the residence.
Interior Sequence
Entry is through a paver motor court leading to a three-car garage configuration (two separate garage bays) and main foyer. The foyer sightline passes through the central courtyard directly to the pool, spa, and Intracoastal beyond.
