Architecture & Design Team
Stamm Development Group developed the six-unit Sirene Villas collection, engaging Randall Stofft Architects for the building design and Asthetique (founded by Alina Pimkina and Julien Albertini) for interior design. Nielsen Landscape Architects handled the exterior grounds. The collaboration spans architecture, interiors, and landscape as an integrated program across all six residences.
Interior Finishes & Spatial Sequence
The ground level opens to wide-plank white oak hardwood flooring that runs throughout the home. The kitchen features oversized custom oak cabinetry, seamless quartzite slab countertops, and weathered brushed brass hardware.
The primary suite is finished with Ocean Blue Basalt slabs, light wood tones, and brushed metal accents. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The third floor houses a gym and club room with dual terraces.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The rear yard holds a full-size in-ground pool with an overflowing spa and a spacious covered patio. A wood louver system controls sunlight and shade across the outdoor entertaining area. Nielsen Landscape Architects designed the plantings to take advantage of the property's southern exposure, layering the perimeter with dense, curated greenery.
Location & Access
Sirene Villas sits one block from the beach and moments from Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach's primary commercial corridor for dining, retail, and nightlife. The location places residents within immediate walking distance of the oceanfront and the downtown core.
