Architecture & Design by Randall Stofft Architects
Randall Stofft Architects, a firm with deep roots in Delray Beach and southeast Florida coastal design, led the architectural program for Sirene Villas. The interior design collaboration with Asthetique brings a European material palette to a South Florida coastal framework. The development is limited to six residences, each with a distinct floorplan; Villa Cannes and Villa St. Tropez are the final two available.
Interior Finishes & Layout
The ground level provides the two-car garage and entry sequence. Interior flooring throughout is wide-plank white oak. The kitchen is fitted with oversized custom oak cabinetry, seamless quartzite slab countertops, and weathered brushed brass hardware.
The primary suite features Ocean Blue Basalt slab surfaces paired with light wood tones and brushed metal finishes. Three additional bedrooms each include en-suite bathrooms. The third floor houses a dedicated gym and club room with dual terraces offering elevated sightlines.
Outdoor Living & Pool
The rear grounds include a full-size in-ground pool with an overflowing spa and an expansive covered patio. A wood louver system controls sun exposure across the outdoor living area, providing adjustable shade for the southern-facing terrace. Landscape architecture is by Nielsen Landscape Architects, taking advantage of the parcel's premier southern exposure.
Location & Access
George Bush Boulevard places Villa Cannes one block from the public beach and within a short walk to Atlantic Avenue, the commercial and dining corridor that anchors downtown Delray Beach. For buyers dividing time between residences, Palm Beach International Airport is approximately 25 minutes north. The 0.09-acre lot size is consistent with the infill townhouse format that has defined recent luxury development along the Delray Beach barrier island side streets, where assemblage of larger parcels is increasingly rare and zoning favors attached product at this density.
