Architecture & Design Team
Stamm Development Group developed Sirene Villas as a limited collection of six residences. Randall Stofft Architects, based in Delray Beach, handled architectural design. The interiors were shaped by Asthetique, the firm led by Alina Pimkina and Julien Albertini. Nielsen Landscape Architects designed the grounds, which take advantage of the property's southern exposure.
Interior Finishes & Layout
The ground level opens onto wide-plank white oak flooring that carries through the residence. The kitchen features oversized custom oak cabinetry, seamless quartzite slab countertops, and weathered brushed brass hardware.
The primary suite is finished with Ocean Blue Basalt slabs and light wood tones with brushed metal accents. Each of the additional bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
The third floor houses a gym and club room with dual terraces. The residence spans three levels with a two-car garage at grade.
Outdoor Living & Pool
The rear grounds include a full-size in-ground pool with an overflowing spa and an expansive covered patio. A wood louver system controls sunlight and shade across the outdoor entertaining areas. Nielsen Landscape Architects designed the surrounding plantings to complement the southern exposure.
