The Serenity Modern is built on solid steel and concrete second-floor construction with clean lines and soaring ceilings throughout. Interiors are by Czar Interiors. The 12-foot floor-to-ceiling glass windows run across the main living areas, drawing in natural light and connecting interior spaces to the landscaped grounds. A dramatic floating staircase anchors the entry, and a private elevator serves both floors.
The model can be customized with a mixture of finishes from the Serenity Farmhouse variant if contracted during the current phase.
Interior Sequence
The ground floor centers on the kitchen, club room, and main living areas. The kitchen is outfitted with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, custom 12-foot cabinetry, and a concealed butler's pantry. The club room offers full front and back bars with expansive glass doors that open completely to the outdoor living area.
An office and lounge round out the ground-floor program. The layout is designed so all principal living spaces face the pool, spa, and sunshelf through continuous glazing.
The upper floor holds four bedrooms, including a VIP suite and the primary retreat, each with custom finishes and spa-caliber bathrooms. Expansive balconies with glass railings overlook the community's central landscaped green, a park exclusive to Grove Estates residents. A natural gas fireplace is included.
Outdoor Living & Pool
The covered lanai features a full summer kitchen, wood-clad ceilings, and concealed retractable screens for year-round use. The oversized heated saltwater pool includes a spa and sunshelf, surrounded by dense tropical landscaping for privacy on the 0.17-acre lot. The three-car garage is accessed at grade.
Location & Access
Grove Estates is a gated community of ten homes within walking distance of downtown Delray Beach. Atlantic Avenue is just over three blocks east, and Pineapple Grove is two blocks away. The community includes a landscaped central green for residents.
