Architecture & Design by Randall Stofft
Built in 2009, the residence was conceived to take full advantage of the point-lot configuration, with panoramic water views addressed on multiple exposures. The interior program spans the main house and a separate guest house with its own bedroom, bath, living area, and kitchen. Marc Michaels Interiors executed the interior finishes throughout, including lavish millwork, French doors, soaring ceilings, and a mix of wood and marble flooring.
Interior Sequence
The main level centers on an epicurean kitchen outfitted with top-tier appliances, flowing directly into a sunlit family room and informal dining area. Formal living and dining rooms are scaled for entertaining and anchored by fireplaces. Media and game rooms occupy the entertainment wing, supported by wet bars and wine storage.
The second-floor primary suite opens onto an expansive balcony overlooking the gardens and the Intracoastal Waterway. Five en-suite bedrooms are distributed across the main residence, with the sixth bedroom housed in the detached guest house. A full-house generator supports the entire compound.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The 1.12-acre lot wraps 446 feet of waterfront around the point, with a heated in-ground pool surrounded by lush landscaping and fruit trees. An oversized wrap-around loggia with an outdoor kitchen extends the living space for alfresco dining along the water. The grounds are fully tropical in character, screening the property and framing the Intracoastal views from multiple vantage points.
Water Access & Docking
Two docks serve the property: a 160-foot dock and a 40-foot dock, accompanied by a boat lift. The 446-foot waterfront wrapping on the Intracoastal provides protected water access on the point lot, a configuration that accommodates multiple vessels simultaneously.
