Kirchhoff organized the home around an axis that connects the gated entry courtyard to the ocean. The first floor opens through floor-to-ceiling French doors into an expansive living room facing the water. A custom office finished in cypress walls and built-ins sits off the main hall, followed by two dining rooms, a guest bedroom with private bath, and a separate family room overlooking the pool and private gardens.
Interior Sequence
The kitchen is outfitted with a Wolf oven, twin Sub-Zero refrigerators, two dishwashers, an oversized island, and a butler pantry. A hidden wet bar, full laundry room, study nook, additional full and half baths, and an elevator complete the first floor.
Two separate winding staircases and the private elevator reach the second floor, where four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and three large terraces offer either pool and garden or ocean orientations.
