Architecture & Construction
The structural envelope is concrete block on the first level and poured concrete on the second, a combination that provides both wind resistance and sound attenuation between floors. Impact-rated windows and doors are installed throughout. The roofline is flat cement tile, and the entry features an upgraded luxury door. A whole-house generator is included, along with tankless water heaters with recirculation lines.
Interior Finishes
The kitchen is fitted with paneled Sub-Zero refrigeration, a six-burner Wolf gas range, custom wood shaker cabinetry, and quartz countertops with mitered edges on the oversized center island.
