Interior Finishes & Renovation
Herringbone-patterned hardwood floors run through the principal living areas. The kitchen was fully rebuilt with Macchia Vecchia marble countertops and backsplash, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, a custom range hood, and Kohler sinks and hardware. Cabinetry was freshly painted to complement new designer lighting and upgraded window treatments installed in 2024.
The powder bath and cabana bath continue the Macchia Vecchia marble, paired with designer wallpaper. New carpeting was installed in the primary and guest suites. All lighting fixtures and sconces were replaced, and both interior and exterior surfaces were repainted in 2024.
Primary Suite & Upper Level
The primary suite is located on the ground floor alongside a guest suite and a private office, a layout that limits daily stair use. Upstairs, two additional guest suites share the level with a versatile loft that can function as a media room, secondary office, or children's area.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The rear grounds face the 15th fairway with landscape lighting installed along refreshed sod and mature plantings that include lemon and mango trees. A heated in-ground pool and spa operate on a fully digital control system. The three-car garage provides covered parking off the motor court.
Technology & Systems
A Hotwire alarm system with a doorbell camera was added alongside the club's gated, guard-attended entry and closed-circuit camera network. The digital pool and spa controls allow remote operation of heating and circulation.
Location & Access
The Loxahatchee Club is a private, Nicklaus-designed community in Jupiter with a single controlled entry. The club sits roughly 15 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport via I-95 and is within a short drive of Jupiter's commercial corridor along Indiantown Road. For boating principals, the Jupiter Inlet is approximately seven miles east, offering direct Atlantic access. The community's location in unincorporated Palm Beach County places it under county zoning rather than Jupiter municipal code, which is worth noting for any future modification plans.
