Architecture & Design by Randall Stofft
Stofft's design centers on a floating Cristallo staircase that anchors the double-height entry, flanked by a travertine and silver-leaf feature wall. La Finestra glass walls and doors are used throughout the ground floor, dissolving the boundary between interior living areas and the pool terrace. Ceilings reach 11 feet 9 inches on the main level. Two exotic stone fireplaces and Cristallo underlit countertops recur as material signatures across the public rooms.
Interior Sequence
The entry opens to a formal living area and dining room, with a wine room and butler's pantry connecting to the kitchen wing. Two kitchens serve separate functions: a chef's kitchen with professional-grade appliances and a show kitchen featuring illuminated Cristallo quartzite countertops, Eggersmann cabinetry, and a custom coffee center. MAFI Austrian wood floors run throughout the main living spaces.
The ground-floor primary suite opens through La Finestra glass walls directly to the spa and pool. The primary bath features backlit agate countertops, integral stone sinks, dual water closets, a freestanding soaking tub, titanium-tiled shower, and two custom walk-in closets. Also on the first floor: a VIP guest suite, two powder rooms, elevator, office with custom Brazilian teak block walls featuring brass inlays and a stone biofuel fireplace, clubroom, hair salon, formal dining room, laundry, and dog wash station.
A private wellness suite includes a gym, white aspen wall finishes, infrared sauna, red-light therapy, and salt therapy room. A family lounge overlooks the pool, gardens, and golf course fairways. The second floor contains a loft and three VIP guest suites, each with private balconies capturing lake, mangrove, and fairway views.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The Euro-edge heated and chilled saltwater pool includes lap lanes, fire bowls, a spa, and a sun shelf. A summer kitchen with pizza oven, cabana bath, retractable screens, and integrated sound system line the covered terrace. Privacy landscaping buffers the perimeter along the lake and golf course edges. A stainless steel sculpture by Alexander Krivosheiw, whose work has been featured in Architectural Digest, anchors the front entry.
The air-conditioned five-car garage has 13-foot ceilings, EV charging stations, and lift capability for additional vehicle storage. A full-house generator and Crestron smart home system support the residence, along with a VRF climate system and comprehensive security including closed-circuit cameras and motion detection.
Location & Admirals Cove Membership
Admirals Cove is a guard-gated community in Jupiter requiring a golf membership that conveys access to 45 holes of championship golf across two clubhouses, a marina, yacht club, five restaurants, tennis, pickleball, spa, salon, fitness center, and kids club. The community's marina provides direct Intracoastal access and a short run to the Jupiter Inlet. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is approximately 25 minutes south via I-95, and Jupiter's commercial district along Indiantown Road is less than ten minutes from the community gate.
