Architecture & Design

Randall Stofft is the architect of record, with Onshore Construction serving as the builder. The 2018 construction encompasses seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms across the residence, with a four-car garage anchoring the motor court side of the plan.

Outdoor Living & Grounds

The nearly 0.6-acre lot is finished with landscaping that frames a sequence of outdoor rooms: a large pool and spa, a pergola, a summer kitchen, a fireplace, and multiple seating areas configured for entertaining. Golf course views extend from the rear exposure of the property.

The Bears Club Community

The Bears Club spans 400 acres with only 100 residences, making it among the lowest-density private golf communities in northern Palm Beach County. The club counts multiple PGA and LPGA tour players among its membership. Guard-gated entry and an owned security system serve the residence.
