Stofft, whose practice is headquartered in Delray Beach, drew this residence with the proportions and detailing characteristic of his coastal transitional work. Onshore Construction executed the build in 2018. The four-car garage and overall massing reflect the generous setbacks available on this parcel, which approaches two-thirds of an acre.
