Corrigan, whose work has appeared in over 1,000 publications across 25 countries and who holds placements on the AD100, Elle Decor A-List, and Robb Report Top 40, executed a comprehensive custom remodel of the 1999 structure. The scope included a new roof in 2020, a four-zone air conditioning system installed between 2021 and 2022, and a new water heater in 2020. A tabby-finished driveway leads to double entry doors and a grand foyer that opens to panoramic lake and golf course views.
Interior Sequence
The foyer transitions into an open living room and family room, both oriented toward the water. The kitchen features an island that opens to an informal dining area, with a formal dining room positioned adjacent. The layout prioritizes flow between the kitchen, family room, and living room as a continuous entertaining sequence.
The split bedroom plan places the primary suite apart from the guest quarters. The primary retreat includes custom his-and-her walk-in closets, coffered ceilings, a full windowed wall with designer blackout shades and custom blackout drapery, and a sound-insulated entry door. The primary bath features marble surfaces, a large dual vanity, separate shower and tub, a crystal chandelier, paneled walls, and a skylight with accent lighting.
Two additional guest suites on the opposite side of the home offer blackout shades, custom drapery, and separate climate controls. An extensive Sonos sound system is wired throughout the residence.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The rear of the property faces the lake with a large, partially covered patio. The heated gunite pool is accompanied by a Bluetooth-enabled spa, allowing the owner to activate it remotely before arriving home.
