Lavelle Construction designed the residence around formal and informal living sequences across a traditional plan. A four-car garage fronts a motor court scaled for gathering and vehicle display, serving collectors or principals who entertain frequently. The total footprint of over 12,000 square feet includes covered outdoor areas that extend the interior program onto the grounds.
Interior Sequence
