Kilby designed the estate in an American Georgian vocabulary anchored by towering front columns, authentic Chicago brick, imported English slate roofing, custom copper gutters, and handcrafted millwork throughout. Solid oak flooring and extensive masonry detailing reinforce the construction quality of the original 1984 build. Interior Sequence
