Marc-Michaels Interior Design conceived this 2024 Colonial estate on 1.25 acres within The Bears Club, the private Jack Nicklaus community in Jupiter. CBS construction throughout, with a full-home generator, impact windows and doors, and nearly 12,000 total square feet across five bedrooms, seven full baths, and one half bath.
Architecture & Design by Marc-Michaels
The residence was completed in 2024 as a custom build with Marc-Michaels handling the interior design. Construction is concrete block and stucco (CBS) with impact-rated windows and doors on all openings. A whole-home generator provides uninterrupted power, a critical provision in northern Palm Beach County where post-storm utility restoration timelines can extend well beyond the island.
Kitchen & Interior
The kitchen is anchored by double marble waterfall islands and fitted with Wolf appliances. An elongated bar area includes an ice maker and wine refrigerator, set against a gas fireplace that serves as the room's focal point. A walk-in pantry supports the primary kitchen storage. The layout across 7,907 square feet under air accommodates five bedrooms and seven full baths plus a half bath, with the remaining square footage distributed across covered outdoor living areas, the three-car garage, and circulation spaces.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The rear grounds feature a heated saltwater gunite pool set into the 1.25-acre lot. The outdoor living pavilion includes a summer kitchen, a ceiling-mounted drop-down television, and electric retractable screens that allow the space to function as a fully enclosed room. The lot sits within the Bears Club PUD, where homesites are generously separated and buffered by mature landscaping and the Nicklaus-designed golf course corridors.
Location & Access
The Bears Club is a gated community off Central Boulevard in Jupiter, approximately 15 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) and under 10 minutes from the Jupiter Inlet and Indiantown Road marine corridor. The community's gatehouse and low density (fewer than 60 homesites) create a level of privacy that draws professional athletes and principals who require controlled access. Jupiter's northern Palm Beach County position also places the property within 20 minutes of the new Palm Beach County Courthouse complex and the commercial hubs along PGA Boulevard and Donald Ross Road.
