Architecture & Construction
Siobhan Zerilla, principal of Bluedoor Building, oversaw the project from concept to completion. The material palette centers on white oak wood floors throughout, with Santorini Shell Stone transitioning from interior to exterior surfaces. Calacatta Gold marble, Black Alexander Honed stone, plaster walls, mahogany, and white oak accents define the finishes across the residence.
Main House Interior
The grand entry hall opens into a living room oriented toward the ocean. A formal dining room with an ocean-facing bar sits adjacent, while an open-concept kitchen and family area form the home's central living space. A private catering kitchen operates separately, allowing staff to work behind the scenes during events.
The primary suite occupies its own wing and includes a private sitting room, an ocean-view office, and dual dressing rooms. The primary bath is finished in Calacatta marble with a stone soaking tub and dual water closets. Three additional guest suites on the main level each have private en-suite baths and walk-in closets.
The lower level is dedicated to leisure and wellness: a gym, steam shower, wine room, game room, and theater. Two additional bedrooms on this level provide private accommodations for staff or extended family.
Guest House & Outdoor Living
A separate guest house contains two bedrooms, two full baths, a half bath, a full kitchen, dining area, and private laundry. It has its own cabana and private pool, creating a self-contained retreat independent of the main residence.
