Architecture & Coastal Design
The contemporary exterior is paired with full-height impact glass facades that frame ocean views from the main living areas, primary suite, and rooftop deck. Smart home technology, electric shades, retractable screens, hardwood flooring, and built-in speakers are integrated throughout all four levels. The design prioritizes indoor-outdoor flow, with private balconies on multiple floors and a walled ground-level courtyard.
