Architecture & Design by Max Strang
Strang's design emphasizes transparency and indoor-outdoor connection through continuous floor-to-ceiling glazing across the main living level. The structure spans two stories with a loft level, a rooftop terrace accessible from the primary suite, and full smart home automation including Lutron lighting, solar panels, motorized screens, and automated shades throughout. The four-car garage includes EV charging stations.
Interior Sequence
The main level is organized around open sight lines to the lake and golf course. The chef's kitchen is outfitted with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, dual ovens, and a catering kitchen adjacent to a walk-in pantry. A 108-bottle wine cellar is integrated into the entertaining areas, and the second level includes a loft with wet bar.
