Architecture & Mizner-Era Materials

The residence was constructed to be faithful to the materials and methods Mizner used in his 1920s Palm Beach commissions. Columns and column capitals were cast from original Mizner molds, and the material palette follows accordingly: Saltillo tile floors, white interior and exterior walls, pecky cypress doors, ceilings and beams, hand-painted tiles both indoors and out, wool carpets, and solid mahogany doors. The kitchen counter is solid mahogany as well, an uncommon period detail that reinforces the commitment to authenticity throughout.

Courtyard Living & Interior

The plan is organized around a private courtyard entry that functions as the primary entertaining space.
