Architecture & Design by Village Architects
Village Architects conceived the plan with First Florida Construction executing the build, completed in 2010. The construction reflects custom craftsmanship at every level, with imported finishes and material selections that include onyx and wormy chestnut wood ceilings. The home totals nearly 7,800 square feet with 5,656 square feet under air conditioning.
Interior Sequence
The primary suite includes dual bathrooms and a steam shower. A custom theater room and spacious office anchor the private wing of the home. Two additional guest suites, each with full en suite baths, occupy separate quarters. The custom kitchen opens to a family room with full-width sliding glass panels that dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior living.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The family room sliders open onto an expansive loggia with a fireplace and a fully equipped summer kitchen. Beyond the loggia, a separate outdoor fire pit area is paved in marble with turf inlay, framed by a Royal Palm and a specimen Canary Island Palm. The screened pool enclosure is built on reinforced concrete and surrounds a large heated swimming pool and spa with a sheer descent waterfall and a bronze bird fountain set within lush landscaping. The garage accommodates 3.5 bays.
Old Marsh Golf Club
Old Marsh is a private club community limited to 275 members with a no tee time policy and a caddie program on the Pete Dye Championship course. The community comprises 180 custom estates within a gated, guard-staffed perimeter with security patrol. The MLS remarks note easy access to Palm Beach International Airport and proximity to dining, beaches, and Palm Beach shopping.
