Affiniti Architects shaped this residence around a mid-century modern vocabulary executed by Ellish Builders. The arrival sequence opens into a foyer and living room with nearly 22-foot ceilings, establishing the vertical scale that defines the interior. Glass-framed walls connect the living spaces to the outdoor areas, creating a continuous sightline from the entry through to the southeast-facing lake and golf course views beyond.
