Stofft's plan organizes the home around a central great room axis with sight lines through to the water. The two-story layout separates public entertaining spaces on the ground floor from private bedroom quarters above, with secondary ground-floor guest accommodations. Le Chateau Custom Homes is the general contractor, and the project uses Downsview cabinetry throughout kitchens and baths.
Interior Layout & Finishes
The primary kitchen features a full Downsview cabinet package with Sub-Zero refrigeration and Wolf cooking appliances. A separate chef's kitchen sits adjacent, fully equipped for catered events or large-scale entertaining independent of the main kitchen. Off the formal dining room, a temperature-controlled wine room is fully enclosed.
The breakfast area and family room step directly from the kitchen and open to the covered loggia and outdoor dining zone. A club room with pub, a dedicated home theater, private office, and gym occupy the ground-floor entertainment wing.
The owner's suite includes a large sleeping area, separate sitting room, dual bathrooms (his and hers), and oversized closets with canal views. Five additional en-suite bedrooms feature Downsview vanities and generous closet systems. Laundry rooms are provided on both floors.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The rear loggia extends across the full width of the home with a summer kitchen, outdoor lounge seating, dining area, fireplace, and retractable screens. The heated saltwater pool and spa are positioned between the loggia and the canal, oriented to maximize water views. A sauna and cold plunge are included adjacent to the pool area.
Water Access & Docking
The lot sits on navigable water with a private dock. Frenchman's Creek canals connect to the Intracoastal Waterway, though a fixed bridge restricts vessel height. Owners running center consoles or sport fishers should confirm bridge clearance relative to their beam and tower height before committing to this location.

Frenchman's Creek is a guard-gated community with 24-hour security patrol, closed-circuit monitoring, and two 18-hole golf courses designed by Desmond Muirhead. The community sits along the C-18 Canal corridor in northern Palm Beach Gardens. Palm Beach International Airport is approximately 25 minutes south via I-95; the North County General Aviation airport at Lantana is closer but less relevant for jet traffic. PGA Boulevard provides direct access to shopping, dining, and the Gardens Mall within a ten-minute drive.
