Interior Layout & Finishes

The 2,158 square feet under air is organized across two levels with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and wood cabinetry. Along the rear elevation, impact glass windows and sliding doors serve dual duty: hurricane protection and uninterrupted sightlines to the fairway.

Outdoor Living & Pool

The backyard is oriented toward the 15th fairway with a resurfaced in-ground pool and spa. Newly installed color-changing pool lighting extends the usability of the space into the evening. A two-car garage fronts the property.

Systems & Maintenance

The roof dates to 2011 and the air conditioning system is approximately seven years old. Impact glass along the rear reduces both storm risk and energy costs. The property is gated with a security patrol.

Location & Access

Barclay Club is one of the smaller enclaves within the PGA National master-planned community, which spans roughly 2,340 acres in central Palm Beach Gardens. Club memberships at PGA National are available but not mandatory for homeowners in Barclay Club, making this a flexible option for buyers who want proximity to the resort and golf infrastructure without a required equity commitment. Palm Beach International Airport is approximately 20 minutes south via I-95, and Jupiter's waterfront dining corridor along Indiantown Road is roughly 15 minutes north.
