Architecture & Design

The redesign introduced a warm, island-inspired aesthetic throughout. Custom fluted-glass pivot doors define thresholds between open living spaces, while all new impact-rated windows and doors (including 10-foot-height configurations) frame garden and pool views. A new roof and new garage doors complete the exterior envelope.

Interior Spaces

The entry opens into the double-height atrium, where the floating white oak staircase serves as the central architectural element. Living spaces radiate outward with soaring ceilings and consistent natural light from the oversized fenestration. The kitchen features rift-sawn white oak cabinetry, honed Brazilian granite countertops, and a full Thermador appliance package, all oriented toward the rear yard through the 10-foot doors and windows.

A signature Family Suite anchors the private wing, and a library retreat provides a secondary living area. Designer lighting selections run throughout the home. A full furniture package is available separately.

Outdoor Living & Grounds

The rear yard was rebuilt alongside the interior. A new heated saltwater pool and spa sit within lush tropical landscaping designed for privacy and entertaining. An outdoor kitchen extends the living space for year-round use. The lot is 0.19 acres with a pond-facing position and fenced pool area. A three-car garage accommodates the household fleet.
